Client Product Satisfaction Guarantee
A 90-day money-back guarantee is offered on all Arbonne products to Clients (including Preferred Clients). Clients not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to their Independent Consultant or Arbonne for a replacement or full refund within 90 days from the Client purchase date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Promotional products and gift items may not be available for replacement, and may, at Arbonne’s discretion, be exchanged for an item of equal value. The product guarantee applies only to orders placed through an Arbonne authorized sales channel. Refunds and exchanges may be obtained by contacting Arbonne’s Customer Service Department at 1-800-ARBONNE.
Independent Consultant Return Policy
Arbonne Independent Consultants are eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, less appropriate set-offs and legal claims, if any, on product inventory and Business Aids and Business Tools purchased within one year from the date of purchase. Inventory being returned must be in re-saleable condition. Arbonne Independent Consultants may exchange products for equal or like value.

Arbonne Independent Consultant Cancellation Notice
You may CANCEL your Independent Consultant Agreement, without any penalty or obligation and receive a full refund, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the date on which it was executed (FIVE BUSINESS DAYS for Alaska residents; FIFTEEN DAYS for Montana residents), in which case you will be immediately eligible to submit a new Independent Consultant Application & Agreement. You can also change your mind and CANCEL your Independent Consultant Agreement and receive a full refund, within THIRTY DAYS from the date on which it was executed, in which case you will be eligible to submit a new Independent Consultant Application & Agreement after a six-calendar-month period of inactivity. To CANCEL, call Arbonne Customer Service at 1.800.ARBONNE or go to the Arbonne website > Customer Service > Contact Us and send a clear statement of your decision to cancel within the time provided herein.
Preferred Client Cancellation Policy
You may CANCEL your membership in the Preferred Client Program, without any penalty or obligation and receive a full refund, within THIRTY DAYS from the date on which it was executed. To CANCEL, call Arbonne Customer Service at 1.800.ARBONNE or go to the Arbonne website > Customer Service > Contact Us and send a clear statement of your decision to cancel within the time provided herein. You may also CANCEL your Program membership, for any reason, by not paying the renewal fee at the end of the term, and your Program membership will not be renewed. If you cancel your Program membership, you may continue to purchase Arbonne products using your Arbonne ID, but you will not receive the discount or other benefits of Program membership.

Política de Devolución de Consultor Independiente
Los Consultores Independientes Arbonne son elegibles para una devolución del 100% del precio de compra, menos las compensaciones y los reclamos legales apropiados, si los hubiera, en inventario de producto y Materiales y Herramientas de Negocio, comprados dentro del año de la fecha de compra. El inventario que se devuelve debe estar en condiciones de reventa. Los Consultores Independientes de Arbonne pueden cambiar productos por un valor igual o parecido.
